To return an item(s) to us, please complete your details in the form below. Under normal circumstances we are able to refund, exchange or replace only items that are defective, have been damaged in transit or have been incorrectly sent by us.
To notify us of a return please contact us using the “Returns Notifications Form” located at the bottom of this policy.
If you receive an item which is damaged, defective or incorrect please notify us as quickly as possible.
If a refund has been agreed because an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, we will refund the original delivery charges, pay your costs for returning the item to us (via a pre-paid return label) and also refund the cost of giftwrapping or any other services provided (where applicable).
In the event of us sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item in advance, you must return the original item(s) to us within 30 days. We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item(s) to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which we confirm we will issue a replacement.
To receive a refund/exchange/replacement on an item purchased as a gift we must be contacted by the person who originally placed the order.
We recommend that you send returns using a secure method of posting. Always retain proof of postage. In the event that you do not obtain proof of postage and we do not receive the item back we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of the item(s) to the payment card used for the original order.
In addition to our returns policy you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Refunds will be made upon receipt of goods, excluding the original postage costs, giftwrapping or any other additional services. REFUNDS
